The closing date to submit your entries will be 5pm on Sunday, December 22. The 10 best photos will be chosen by our judging panel and will be published online.
We'll then open the competition up to a public vote which closes on Friday, December 27 and the person with the most votes will be contacted seven days after this date.

Terms and Conditions
1. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over only.
2. The first round will run from 10:00am on Thursday 14 December to 17:00pm on Sunday 22 December, 2013 only (the “Competition Period”). The second round will run from 13:00pm on Monday 23 December to 17:00pm on Friday 27 December. Entries and votes after the closing dates will not be counted.
3. The time of tweets and posts may be delayed due to breaking news
4. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be deleted
5. The Top 10 will be judged on who has uploaded the best photos by a judging panel. (We will have a judging panel with at least one independent person). The judging panel’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

7.The prize is a £50 Love voucher
8.No prize alternative/non-transferable.
9.The winner will be notified within 7 days after the closing date
10.The winner must claim their prize by confirming their full name, contact number and address within 2 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and we will offer the unclaimed prize to a reserve winner.
11. The winner will not receive the prize before Christmas. LOVE will send the £50 voucher out within 28 days of the closing date.
12.Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

14.Photographs entered into this competition must be the original work of the author and not previously published. Entrants confirm they have all necessary consents and releases in order to enter their photo into this competition. Photographs which are or appear to be plagiarised will be disqualified.
15. Entries (including but not limited to text and photographs) for this competition must not contain any content that is libellous, racist, homophobic, derogatory, pornographic, obscene, sexist, illegal, and/or otherwise inappropriate. Entrants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk.
16. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Trinity Mirror.
17.Trinity Mirror reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, a competition is not capable for being conducted as specified.
