Mr K Booth – Miss C Makison
Miss Catherine Makison and Mr Karl Booth were married at Kirkheaton Parish Church.
The bride is the daughter of Brian and Elizabeth Makison, of Bar Croft, Kirkheaton, and the bridegroom is the son of Beryl Booth, of Fort Augustus, Scotland.
The ceremony was conducted by the Rev Richard Steel.
The best man was Adrian Booth, the bridegroom’s brother, and the groomsmen were Andrew Makison, the bride’s brother and Nic Dawson, the bridegroom’s brother-in-law.
The bridesmaids were Krishna Patel, Penny Simpson, Joanne Dawson, the bridegroom’s sister, and Rachel Carter.
The reception was held at Holdsworth House, Halifax. The couple will honeymoon mountain biking in Scotland.
