THE weather may have taken a dismal turn but we’ve had some sensational sunrises recently.
This one on Monday was captured by Examiner reader Andy Nagy.
Andy from Marsden said: “I was driving to work at 7.30am and saw this amazing sky over Crosland Hill Golf Club looking towards Meltham.
“I had to stop for a few minutes as it simply took my breath away. It was one of those days when you’re glad to be alive.”
Andy, 47, works at IT Retail Systems Ltd in Huddersfield town centre.
He used to live near Alton Towers in the Midlands but moved up to Huddersfield 12 years ago and now plays crown green bowls with Milnsbridge Liberal Club.
He added: “I’ll never leave Marsden. It’s a fantastic place to live.”
