“And it’s only a twenty-minute walk into Holmfirth. So if there are any gigs on or anything like that happening, we just amble down and go.’’

Parking is not an issue with the property as there’s a garage and parking space outside.

“Public transport is available just outside,’’ added Michael.

“The bus route stops on the main road right at the front of the house and from there you can get straight into Huddersfield or Holmfirth.

“Barnsley is easy to get to from here and you’re not far from Meadow Hall for the shopping centre.

“It really is with a heavy heart that we are selling,

“I would have loved to stay for at least another five years or so, but now we need something smaller.

“That’s the sole reason we’re looking to sell.’’
