We all love jetting off on holiday — but sometimes the journey can be more than a little stressful!

Sir Patrick Stewart was asked to act out some of the most annoying behaviour airline passengers are capable of, and threw himself into the challenge with relish.

The Mirfield-born actor showed just how irritating some mid-air antics can be, including clambering over other passengers to go to the bathroom, eating a smelly tuna sandwich mid-flight and bursting into applause upon landing.

The sketch, aired on US show Jimmy Kimmel Live, came from an Expedia poll which asked 1,000 plane passengers to name the worst in-flight crimes their fellow passengers could commit.

From seat-kicking to letting kids run wild, having one too many on-board 'refreshments' and talking too much, some of the offences would create a flight from hell for some poor passengers.

The study, commissioned by Expedia and conducted by GfK, revealed the top ten annoyances one can commit mid-flight —  but which is the worst?
