Seventeen youngsters from Rosemeade School in Almondbury passed their cycling proficiency tests and are seen receiving their certificates from Pc Joanna Burton and Pc Peter Dyson. The school's top cyclists, who each scored 98% in the tests, were fourth-year pupils Adam Black and Philip Beddard.
