Aston Villa v Huddersfield Town FA Cup match, 24th April 1920. Prince Henry presents the Aston Villa players with their FA Cup winners medals after the 1920 final, which had been the first to go to extra-time and which resulted in a 1-0 victory for Villa, who took the Cup to Villa Park for a record sixth time. The goal came ten minutes into the additional period. This had been the first Cup final for five years and the first since the conclusion of the First World War and it provided Villa with an opportunity to show that their prewar pre-eminence could continue into the postwar era.
