Swimming medals were presented by Borough of Kirklees chairman Vince Horner to (from left) Debbie Joyce, Emma Parker, Ruth Thompson, Gemma Sugden, Heather Hudson and Jenny Fairbairn. St Patrick's Primary School pupils in Birkby raised ýý110 carol singing at the local Asda store. The money was split equally between the Candlelighters childrenýýýs cancer charity and Friends of the School.
