GOLFERS took part in the second Forget Me Not Hospice charity event.

The contest was held at Huddersfield Golf Club, Fixby, having been postponed from April due to wet weather.

Eighteen teams took part in a ‘shotgun’ start in glorious sunshine.

The winning team led by Robert Fuller netted 83 Stableford points.

The golfers enjoyed a two course dinner with a charity auction and the event raised a massive £7,500 for the Forget Me Not children’s hospice.
