QUARMBY: A childminder is celebrating after being rated “outstanding” by Ofsted inspectors. Carolyn Wignall, who lives in Quarmby, said that she was delighted with the news. It comes as she celebrates 35 years of working as a childminder. She said: “I registered when I found out you could in 1984.
