Agency passes test

Agency passes test

A RECRUITMENT agency in Huddersfield has passed an inspection with flying colours.

AM Recruitment, based at St George’s Square, underwent a rigorous inspection by industry body the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

The recruitment agency, which specialises in engineering, marketing, legal, accountancy and customer services positions, received its certificate of compliance to professional standards after a random audit by one of the REC’s newly appointed assessment officers.

The REC works to ensure that recruitment agencies conform to a demanding code of professional practice – providing a guarantee for employers and job-hunters that they will be treated fairly and effectively in all their dealings with the agency.

AM Recruitment managing director Tracey Johnson said: “We have always prided ourselves in the high standard of our work. It is very satisfying to have our own confidence reinforced by independent inspection.”
