Colliers gets a lift

COMMERCIAL property consultancy Colliers CRE plc today reported improved annual results.

Colliers, which has an office in Leeds, lifted fee income by 25% to £117m during 2007. Pre-tax profits rose by 25% to £12.2m.

The company, which declared a final dividend of 3.45p against 3.14p last time, said it benefited from the acquisition of two consultancies in Bristol and Cambridge as well as an “outstanding” contribution from its majority-owned Spanish subsidiary.
