Extra flights for business passengers

BUSINESS travellers in Huddersfield have been given more flights from Leeds-Bradford Airport to Aberdeen and Southampton.

From Monday Humberside-based Eastern Airways will increase weekday services from three to four flights a day from Leeds-Bradford to both Aberdeen and Southampton.

The airline has been operating services from Leeds Bradford since 2003, providing links to Aberdeen with its booming offshore oil and energy industry and Southampton with its financial institutions and industries serving the petrochemical, automotive and manufacturing sectors.

Eastern Airways operates 800 flights a week. Other airports it uses include Angers Loire in France, Birmingham, Bristol, Brussels, Cardiff, Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle.
