Lawyers launch party

A GROUP for young lawyers in Huddersfield is re-launching under a new name.
Huddersfield Young Solicitors Group, a sub-group of Huddersfield Law Society, is to be re-launched as Huddersfield Junior Lawyers Group with a party on Thursday, May 22, at HD ONE in Westgate, Huddersfield.
Claire Moorhouse, of Eaton Smith, has been appointed to chair the group in succession to Emma Permaine, of Chadwick Lawrence.
Ms Moorhouse said the group aimed to offer advice, to solicitors with up to five years experience.
Ms Moorhouse said: “The re-launch aims to get everyone together, existing and new members alike, to promote the group.”
