A GREETLAND law firm's files have been passed to a Bradford solicitor after the practice was forced to shut.
A report into the circumstances surrounding the forced closure of Gidley and Company, of Stainland Road, should go before the Law Society next month.
More than 300 files - seized from the company on January 29 by the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors - have been passed to John Singleton, of Gordons Solicitors in Bradford.
He has been appointed the Law Society's agent in the case.
Mr Stewart Rod Gidley, of Jagger Green, near Holywell Green, said there had been no imputations of dishonesty made against him.
