AGENDA Creative is shortlisted for two categories in the Huddersfield Business Awards.

The company, based at Bradley, is bidding to win the Creative Award and has also been nominated for the New Business Rising Star Award.

The business is headed by Darren Fisher and Richard Armitage, who have worked together for seven years and bring a new no-nonsense approach to the world of design.

Said Mr Fisher: “It's fantastic to be recognised for everything we have achieved in such a short space of time at Agenda. These are exciting times and we have some great developments planned for agenda in the near future. Watch this space!”

Among recent commissions, Agenda was enlisted by publisher Primary Colours to design its latest series of books and teacher packs on the abolition of slavery.

Agenda designed roller banner stands and brochures for The Holiday Company’s stand at the British Travel Trade Fair.

Agenda has also been appointed by NMA Agencies, of Brighouse, and Elegant Stone Ltd, of Cleckheaton, to build full e-commerce functionality websites. NMA sell woodworking and farm equipment power tools and through distributors while Elegant England supply pre-cast ornamental stonework, including fountains, urns, birdbaths and balustrades.
