PROPERTY agency CBRE has announced a series of key appointments.

Jay Everett, director of planning at the firm’s West Yorkshire office, has been promoted to director of northern planning to oversee the Leeds and Manchester planning teams.

He said: “I am thrilled to be taking on the new and challenging role of director or northern planning.

“To be able to work closely and efficiently with the all the member of the Leeds and Manchester planning teams will positively strengthen our position across the North.”

Andrew Llewellyn has been appointed director of property and asset management at the West Yorkshire office.

Mr Llewellyn, who was formerly at Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge, will be responsible for managing CBRE’s Northern client base in addition to continuing his long-standing work with MEPC’s Wellington Place development in Leeds.

Other promotions see Ben Rennocks become director of building consultancy; Stephen Raper as associate director of valuation and advisory services; Matthew Davies as senior surveyor of valuation and advisory services; and Nick Marsden as senior surveyor of lease consultancy and rating.
