A TRAINING company in Huddersfield has said thank-you to employers who are helping promote apprenticeships.
A&R Training staged a special event for representatives of local companies and other organisations who have worked with the training firm – and invited other local employers to find out more about apprenticeships and meet its qualified assessors.
Clr Mehboob Khan, leader of Kirklees Council, presented employers with certificates and thanked them for giving young people the opportunity of gaining work experience.
The event was opened by Samantha Wilson, of A&R Training.
The company, based at John William Street in Huddersfield, provides apprenticeships in childcare, social care and customer service.
