COLLIERS International has appointed Helen Cahill as a graduate surveyor with its retail agency team in West Yorkshire.
Ms Cahill (pictured) joins the existing team of six advising on a variety of developments and existing retail schemes as well as meeting requirements across the north of England for clients including Sainsbury’s, Vodafone and Jaeger.
Greg Styles, head of the retail team, said: “We are delighted to welcome Helen to the team where her resource is greatly valued.
“We remain extremely busy assisting Sainsbury’s with its continued expansion programme for main and convenience stores in a number of regions.
“Helen will provide particular support to the team in securing new sites for Sainsbury’s Local.”
Ms Cahill graduated with a masters degree in real estate in 2012.
She had already completed a placement with Colliers International before securing her full-time role. She already had a degree in geography and town planning.
