Property agent Eddisons, which has offices in Huddersfield, has appointed Glenn Levison as an associate director in its Leeds auctions department.
Mr Levison joins from the Leeds office of Pugh where he advised corporate clients and councils across Yorkshire and the North East on auction disposal strategy.
Before that, he was a partner at Sanderson Wetherall and has 20 years’ experience of the Leeds commercial property market.
Eddisons stages more than 20 auctions every year in Leeds, London and Manchester where it offers a choice of vacant and tenanted residential and commercial stock, along with land and development opportunities.
It regularly receives instructions from councils and utility companies. So far in 2014, the firm has generated proceeds of more than £50m on behalf its clients.
