A business and HR consultancy which started out in its founder’s spare room at home is bringing a new look to the sector.
The Little Group, set up by Stacey Crowther, has grown to occupy premises at Huddersfield’s striking 3M Buckley Innovation Centre.
It primarily works in the health and social care sector, focusing on quality care and the operation of care homes with special emphasis on elderly care.
Said Stacey: “We’re such a new company so it’s really amazing to have won and it feels nice to be appreciated.
“We’re all about trying to make a difference and to be recognised as doing that is great.”
The Little Group has gone from being a vision to a successful thriving business that is making a real difference to the live of elderly people throughout the UK.
Stacey said what made The Little Group different from its competitors was its personnel. “Little Group knows the day-to-day stresses and strains of running a care home and if a client has a problem, more often than not, the team have overcome it before.”
