A FINANCIAL services business based in Huddersfield has announced a merger.
Eastwood and Partners (Financial Services) Ltd, which is based at Northumberland House, Northumberland Street, has joined forces with Trinity Financial Advisers Ltd, of Halifax.
Both companies provide independent financial advice to individual and corporate clients across West Yorkshire and further afield. The companies, which each have 11 employees, will continue to operate from their existing offices.
As part of the deal, John Eastwood and John C Smith, directors of Eastwood and Partners, will become directors of Trinity Financial Advisers Ltd. Trinity directors Howard Granton, John R Smith and Andy McCracken will become directors of Eastwood and Partners.
Mr Eastwood said the merger would help to ensure that both firms continued to offer high standards of personal service.
Mr Granton added: “The companies are approximately the same size and the merger will help us improve the range of specialist services that we can provide and help assure the continuation of independent advice and provision of financial services to our clients.”
The merged company is part of the Eastwood and Partners Insurance Broking group of companies, based at Northumberland Street.
