A networking group for women in business has held its first meeting in Brighouse.
L4N UK Ltd aims to provide an opportunity for women in business to meet, gain support and confidence, learn new skills and develop collaborative links.
The Brighouse group is hosted by Judith Wright, managing director of Barkisland-based Wright Angle Marketing and a director of L4N UK.
The first meeting took place at recently-renovated venue The Millers Bar.
Debbie Storey successfully ran a Brighouse group for three years, but stopped last year to focus more on her accountancy firm. Now L4N has filled the gap.
Said Judith: “L4N UK Ltd is a real community of women supporting each other in business and I am very excited to be bringing that back to Brighouse.
“The first meeting had a great turnout and I am really looking forward to the upcoming months”
The May meeting saw a number of businesswomen take stands to display and sell their products before the official networking and “table shuffle” began.
