WE have been asked to clarify that baby Tily Bray did  not die as a result of staff mistakes at Huddersfield  Birth Centre.

The deputy coroner Paul Marks recorded  a verdict of natural causes at her inquest and said:  “Tily was a normal baby but developed pneumonia  from an infection and died as a result.’’

The trust has  made changes since 2009.
