Mrs Tweed lives in Golcar with her husband Mark.

She worked for Huddersfield NHS Trust for 23 years before transferring to Leeds.

Mrs Tweed is a former deputy chairman of Colne Valley Conservative Association and has stood as a Kirklees Council candidate in the Colne Valley ward.
