Game for a laugh on Red Nose Day

CARING fundraisers of all ages from across the area came up with whacky ideas to raise money for Comic Relief.

Chefs at CragRats Café Bar and Brasserie had stiff competition on Red Nose Day when office staff put on their aprons and entered a Comedy Cook Competition to raise funds for Comic Relief.

Budding ‘Jamies’ and ‘Delias’ rustled up a selection of delicious dishes which included Red Nose Rocky Road, Happy Sausage Pie, Strawberry Fool and Red Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Colleagues up paid to sample the culinary masterpieces and voted for a winner.

CragRats raised a grand total of £302. Other activities included a Red Nose Celebrity competition and staff wearing red to work.
