Crimewatch: Vandals in graffiti attack at Linthwaite

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Phantom Head Dental Ltd, Manchester Road, Linthwaite, May 15. Spray paint used to graffiti nine windows and two doors. Village News, Britannia Road, Slaithwaite, May 16. Shop window smashed with brick.
VEHICLE CRIME: Merlin Motors, Scar Lane, Milnsbridge, May 15. Suspects in vehicle forced bolt and padlock and brackets from the gate to get into the compound. They then stole red Leyland recovery truck registration T33 TOW. The sides of lorry have yellow and black chequered pattern next to cab where front light flyer is located and recovery beacons on the roof, with recovery written across front of truck in yellow with black outline. Merlin Motors, Huddersfield is written on doors in yellow. Suspect vehicle: black Volkswagen Golf, with alloy wheels, possibly estate. Suspect 1: male, approximately 5ft 5ins, thin to stocky build, believed to be white, wearing anorak/windsheeter type anorak with hood, blue waterproof trousers/tracksuit bottoms, white training shoes, black hat, black gloves. Suspect 2: male, approximately 5ft 5ins, thin to stocky build, believed to be white, wearing large windsheeter anorak/hoody, black gloves, blue tracksuit bottoms with white stripe down full length, white trainers, had hood up. Suspect 3 - driver: male. Scammonden, May 17. Blue Land Rover Defender stolen, reg YH03 TDU. Golcar, May 13. Rear windscreen smashed and large dent made to side of vehicle. Longwood, May 13. Spare alloy wheel stolen from rear of the vehicle. Longwood, May 14. Smashed front windscreen at passenger side. Milnsbridge, May 16. Door forced to get into vehicle and steal property.
