Crimewatch: Vandals in graffiti attack at Linthwaite

BURGLARY: Colne Valley High School, May 18. Intruders got into school, by kicking and smashing side window. The suspects then prised open a drinks vending machine, causing damage and stealing cash. Longwood, May 13. Door forced open to get into house and steal property from all parts of the building. Stolen items collected in a pillow case. Milnsbridge, May 15. Intruder got in through unlocked outer door and forced large padlock to internal door to get into workshop and steal mountain bike and power tools. Hairdressers, Yates Lane, Milnsbridge, May 15. Brick used to smash glass panel in front door. Thief climbed in and stole hairdressing equipment.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Golcar, May 15. Planks of wood in gate damaged. Milnsbridge, May 16. Stones thrown at building smashing window.

ROBBERY: Newsagents, James Street, Golcar, May 16. Suspects pushed into shop and robbed shopkeeper of bottle of Jack Daniel’s whisky.
