Tractors flock to big valley rally for charity

ALMOST 100 classic tractors trundled out into the sunshine for a charity road run around the valleys.

The vintage machines took on the 28 mile route from Shepley passing through, Hepworth, Hade Edge, Holmbridge, Meltham, returning to Shepley via Netherton and Honley.

The route was marshalled by the advanced motorcycle club who did a super job of watching traffic at all the road junctions for the tractors to pass safely.

The money raised for the MS Society and Huddersfield Cancer Support Trust will be announced in a few weeks.
