BURGLARY: Almondbury, Jun 10. Sneak thief stole computer parts from flat. Emley, June 15.

Sneak thief got in through unlocked side door and stole handbag and mobile phones from kitchen. Property found nearby. Far Dene, Highburton, June 15. Side window of house forced open with small metal rack left at scene. Laptop stolen and laptop box taken from green bin outside. Fenay Bridge, June 17. Thief climbed through window and stole laptop computer. Highburton, June 15. Laptop and ipod stolen from house. Highburton, June 16. Beading from back window and whole pane of glass removed. Handbag, mobile phones and ipod stolen. Lepton, June 19. Thief got in through unlocked porch door, smashed lower panel of wooden house door and climbed in. Purse with cash and jewellery stolen. Lepton, June 22. Window frame removed to break in but man spotted by witness who chased but lost him. Keys stolen. Lepton, June 22. Rear kitchen window jemmied open. Thief escaped through rear patio doors. Not yet known what was stolen. Kirkburton, June 13. Shed door lock forced and various hand tools stolen. Rockwood Equestrian Centre, Cockermouth Lane, Flockton, June 10. Suspects, believed in a vehicle, entered yard and stole bags of feed. Scissett, Jun 14. Thief forced entry to shed and stole a chainsaw.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Almondbury High School, June 20. Large piece of concrete used to smash office window but nothing taken.
