Believed disturbed by occupant waking. Marsden, Jan 8. Small glass panel on front door next to lock smashed. Raider reached in and unlocked door using key left in lock. Electrical goods stolen. Middle pane of the glass in door smashed and raider reached through and used keys left in lock to try and open door, but was prevented from opening door due to latch inside. Intruder disturbed by victim waking and switching light on. Milnsbridge, Jan 8. Brick thrown through back window to get in. Intruder escaped through back door using key left in door.
