Hands off HRI: Huddersfield Town's Dean Hoyle and David Wagner back Examiner campaign

Club Chairman and Head Coach urge residents to sign the petition

Huddersfield Town are backing the Examiner's campaign to save Huddersfield Royal Infirmary's Accident and Emergency Department.

Chairman Dean Hoyle and Head Coach David Wagner have become the latest names to be pictured with our #HandsOffHRI poster.

The Club Chairman spoke passionately about the plans to close the A&E, echoing the concerns raised by local residents.

He said: “I believe this is a decision that needs to be looked at very closely by those in charge and I’d urge everyone to sign the online petition, which needs 100,000 signatures for the issue to be considered for debate in Parliament.”
