A Local Plan consultation takes place at Wainwright Hall, Elland on Wednesday, November 7. The drop-in session gives residents the chance to hear about development plans in the town over the next two decades. It runs from 4.30pm and 6.45pm, followed by a more formal session and the ward forum starting at 7pm.
