BURGLARY@Longwood, Nov 9. Europrofile lock on rear patio door was snapped in an attempt to gain entry to house . Raiders were disturbed when occupant looked out of the bedroom window. Suspects believed disturbed by complainant, who turned on bathroom light and they ran off to dark coloured Ford Escort van, number similar to R995 EJN. Cowlersley, Nov 9. Snapped europrofile lock on rear upvc door and stole dvd player and jewellery. Longwood, Nov 9. Jemmy used to open rear wooden door into the kitchen where witness disturbed suspects and attempted to stop them from leaving the property. Two males escaped with jewellery. Suspect 1 is described as a white male, with pale pasty skin, aged 22-23 years, of medium build, 5ft 10 tall, with hazel/green eyes. He was wearing black quilted Barbour-type jacket, with a black waterproof Northface jacket underneath, with the hood up, black bottoms and black trainers. He was also wearing thick black waterproof ski gloves. He carried a screwdriver with red and black handle. Suspect 2 is also described as a white male, aged between 22-23 years, of slim build, 5ft 7ins and wearing a black Northface waterproof jacket with hood up, black bottoms and black trainers. Pole Moor, Nov 10. Smashed glass pane in rear door of property to gain entry to home. Electrical goods and jewellery stolen.
