A VICTIM parked up his van at Scammonden when suspects approached in a red vehicle.
A male suspect then got out of the vehicle from the passenger side and threw a brick through the front passenger window of the van before making off in the other vehicle.
A silver Toyota Avensis, registration number FN51BXV, was stolen from Cowlersley, and a secured Kawasaki motorbike was stolen from a garden of a house in Marsden. This was later recovered.
Also in Cowlersley, a vandal scratched down one side of a vehicle and smashed a wing mirror and in Milnsbridge, a would-be thief damaged a motorbike as he tried to remove a chain securing it.
