EDGERTON: Jan 23. Burglar kicked through the bottom panel of a side door to get into a house kitchen. Jewellery stolen.

Jan 23. Six large Yorkshire stone paving slabs stolen from a garden. The thief made off in a white Fiat Doblo van heading towards Halifax Road.

Jan 29. A ground floor upvc window was forced to get inside an unoccupied house. Suspects arrested walking down the drive.

PADDOCK: Jan 27. A vehicle parked outside the Ship Inn pub on Market Street had its nearside and offside front windows smashed. Entry was gained but nothing was stolen.

Jan 27. Doors to a detached wooden garage removed to get inside. The garage was on a quiet track off a main road. Nothing taken in the search.

MARSH: Jan 24: A group of men burgled a property, kicking through a panel in a rear door to get inside.Three suspects arrested, two of whom were charged.

Jan 27: A window of a car was smashed and a bag taken from the nearside front seat.

OAKES: Jan 23: An exercise bike was stolen from a patio at the side of a house.

Jan 28: A Europrofile lock was snapped on a upvc door to get into a house. The alarm was activated and it is not yet known what has been stolen.

SALENDINE NOOK: Jan 24: A car was damaged at Sainsbury’s at Moor Hill Road. Paintwork was scratched on the vehicle while it was parked in the supermarket car park.
