DALTON: March 27. A sat-nav was stolen after the nearside front door of a car was forced open.March 28. Clothing and a mountain bike were stolen from a shed.March 31. Damage was caused to a property and two vehicles after an unknown substance was thrown on to them.April 2. Damage was caused to panels in a garden shed.A Europrofile lock was snapped on back patio doors in a an attempt to burgle. The suspects were disturbed by the neighbours’ dogs and made off.

RAWTHORPE: March 28. The nearside wing of a car was kicked causing damage to the paintwork.

WATERLOO: March 29. Electrical and plumbing materials were stolen from the empty Waterloo Inn – which is currently under renovation – after burglars forced down wooden boarding at the back of the building.Three rubbish bins outside McDonalds, in Gallagher Retail Park, were deliberately set alight. The three suspects ran away on police arrival but were caught by officers and arrested.March 31. A front living room window was cracked.

MOLDGREEN: A victim, walking while texting on his mobile phone, was robbed. Two men have been arrested and charged.
