THE following crime has been reported in the ward over the last 10 days:
BIRCHENCLIFFE:@ A house in Halifax Road was the target of a burglary.
LINDLEY: @Car related crime was reported on Holly Bank Road, West Avenue and Lidget Street.
MARSH: @Items reported stolen from a garden in New Hey Road.
Two wrought iron gates were taken from a house in Adelphi Road.
Burglaries were reported at properties in Heatherfield Crescent and Meadow Street.
Cars were broken into on Carr Street and Abbott Street.
A gas meter was stolen from Lawrence Road.
Iron guttering was taken from a property on Jim Lane.
Stone was reported stolen from an address in Syringa Street.
PADDOCK: @A house on Fir Road was burgled.
GLEDHOLT: @A garage was broken into on Gledholt Bank.
GENERAL:@ Police are urging everyone to be on their guard over the festive season as thieves do not observe the season of goodwill to all men!
