Forget Me Not Hospice set to take in first patients

HUDDERSFIELD’S new children’s hospice will take patients in before Christmas.

A 12-year dream is set to become a reality later this month with the first young patients moving into the Forget Me Not Hospice in Brackenhall.

Hospice staff are now liaising with the first families who will use the service.

Hospice chief executive Peter Branson (pictured) said: “We are here because sadly, ordinary families face extraordinary challenges and they need and deserve our help.”
