Yes, it would work for me as long as it was, say, two hours free parking. More would mean that people would park all day for free and go to work or university etc, not actually shop

Get some decent shops, like the ones most go to in the shopping centres. That would mean lowering rent to entice them in, but can’t see the property owners doing that so I’ll just keep going to the shopping centres.
