First place went to Maddie Lawton and Leah Darby from years 11 and eight for their gymnastic dance routine to Move, Dance, Be Born. Second place went to Maddie Denton of year 11 for singing a West End Show piece On My Own.

The show was organised by Will Heeley and Darren Walker, from year 10, with help from former pupils Matty Blakey and Liam Peaker. The team also supplied the sound and atmospheric lighting on the night, compered by Ryan Blezard. Teacher Jennifer Kaye said: “Staff and pupils worked very hard to make this night really magical and the audience loved it.”
