RESCUERS have been recognised for their decades of service.
Holme Valley Mountain Rescue Team presented certificates to 25-year veteran Andy Valentine of Jackson Bridge and George Healey from Thongsbridge, who has served 20 years.
The presentations took place at the team’s annual fundraiser at Marsden Parochial Hall earlier this month.
Making the presentations was team treasurer Tony Burrie.
Members raised £500 with a raffle and soup supper at the event.
