A LOCAL business has pulled out all the stops to raise more than £3,000 for Breast Cancer charity.
Staff at Meltham-based company Snickers Workwear donned pink clothes and dug deep to give donations before a coffee morning last month.
The company, which has its head quarters at Meltham Mills Industrial Estate, also pledged that for every £100 worth of orders received on the day they would donate £1 back to the charity.
Managing director David Clark, added: “Our doors were open for everyone to join us. This is such an important cause and we were delighted to be doing our bit.”
He added: “A massive thank you from Snickers goes out to everyone who participated and donated.”
And in the generous spirit of the event, left over goodies from the coffee morning were donated to local nursing homes and child care centres.
