MISS RUSTY has won a marathon battle to clear her name.

Huddersfield teacher Leonora Rustamova has been told she will face no disciplinary action from the teachers’ governing body.

The news comes THREE years after she was controversially sacked from her teaching job because of a racy online novel she wrote to encourage teenage pupils to study.

And now the Salendine Nook mum – known to pupils as Miss Rusty – hopes the General Teaching Council ruling will help her win her final battle, at an employment tribunal.

She is challenging the sacking made by governors at Calder High School who were horrified when details of the book appeared in the press.
