Kirklees councillors reject restaurant for Marsh as agent dismisses speculation about site
Kirklees obviously felt it was better to leave it empty and go derelict! Unbelievable! Well I have shop viewings in Hudds Town Centre on Tuesday. Finally found some affordable rents. I’m sure Kirklees will stick the boot in with the rates though!

It may not remain empty. Clearly the council have said no to a restaurant but not flat out no for any other plans. Oh and this isn't the first time a restaurant in the Marsh area has been refused permission either. It's got everything to do with the already plethora of places to eat in the area. Some may or may not agree with that decision but it's a factor to consider.
