Annual tractor rally
AN annual charity tractor rally will this year raise cash for the Holme Valley Mountain Rescue Team. The Pennine Tractor Road Run will launch from Shepley’s Marsh Farm on Father’s Day, June 16. Each year about 100 classic tractors take to the roads around Huddersfield to raise funds for the MS Society and one other charity. The event off Marsh Lane also features fairground rides, a bar, Shepley band and car boot sale, all starting at 8.30 am.
