Tolson Grange care home put on a wonderful spectacle recently called Best of Broadway – a fabulous glitzy show with all the big numbers, packed with fantastic tap routine, gorgeous costume and a great story-line.
Craig Green, activity co-ordinator, said: “The two girls performing and representing Tickled Pink Productions were Stacey Coleman and Sioned Roberts who were absolutely outstanding, very confident and at total ease with our residents, so much so that time after time, our residents got out of their seats to perform with the girls.
“As a care home we are always trying to tap into activities and put on events that our residents will engage with and we find that musical entertainment brings them so much pleasure.
“We are very proud to go the extra mile to have such a positive impact on our customers lives.”
Lindsay, daughter of Joan McNally, said: “My mum loves dancing, so it was lovely to see her getting involved with the performers”.
