PLANS for 36 new flats in a Brighouse development have been recommended for approval. Prestigious Living wants to build the retirement flats behind the Brighouse High School sixth form centre, at Parsonage Lane. A similar plan incorporating office space was rejected in June because of access problems. Councillors have been advised to approve the latest application because it fits in with local planning policies....
