Back to Victorian days at school
CHILDREN at Cowlersley Primary School became Victorians for the day.
Year 3 and 4 pupils worked with Joanne Myer and colleagues from the education department at Cannon Hall Museum at Cawthorne.
With Joanne are pupils (from left) Keavy Crosbie, Rebecca Dunning and Rhys Coupe, with some of the artefacts brought along for a Victorian Day at the school.
The items included clothes, kitchen and garden utensils, photos and documents kept by the museum.
Children dressed as Victorians and took part in role-playing sessions from a Victorian classroom. (AC150108Bvictor-1)
