DANCERS will liven up a council meeting next month. Real Youth Action Now will perform at Kirklees Council’s Colne Valley Area Committee. The dance group will be joined by street runners the Monkey Boys. The committee will discuss plans for the Colne Valley Young People’s Centre in Slaithwaite. Chairwoman Clr Nicola Turner urged people to attend. She said: “Please come along to see what’s available and what young people are doing in our area.” The meeting takes place at Slaithwaite Civic Hall on February 7 at 7pm.
